Jim Green opens 2015 High Fidelity Summer Music Series with hypnotizing set!

Greetings Everybody! Once again Rooftop Sessions Chicago, in partnership with meeting AV and Goose Island, is psyched to bring you another great new season of the WBEZ High Fidelity Summer Music Series! Not even gray skies and a soggy Navy Pier Terrace could prevent our first artist, acoustic guitar virtuoso Jim Green, from delivering a warm and intimate performance.

Jim Green, formerly known as the Wandering Endorphin, combined folk songwriting with New-Age hypnotic tones and an impressive array of “percussive” and “touch” guitar techniques to lend our audience a sense of wonder and mystery. This previous Chicago street musician will next be hosting a CD release party for his new album “True North” on August 2nd at The Peck Farm Orientation Barn located in Geneva, IL.  In the meantime check out our video of his awe-inspiring performance here.
