Jennifer Hall

Despite the threatening rain, and heavy fog, Jennifer Hall and friends were able to showcase their soulful and sultry vibes.  Great vocals, tight keys, and punchy guitar showcase this group’s deep-seated talent and artistry.

Like I Lie to You is an emotionally driven song that showcases Jennifer’s amazing vocal flexibility.  I will never forget the moment I first heard her voice coming through the headphones.  I never would’ve imagined such pipes from such a diminutive lady.  Couple her chords with the chops of the rest of the band and you have a bluesy powerhouse just waiting to get noticed.

Originally made famous by Jeff Buckley, here Jennifer Hall gives him a definite run for his money.

By this time in the evening it was starting to get pretty chilly but the band was in no way ready to wind down.  Unfortunately some of the buildings neighbors felt that we had gone on long enough and (politely) asked us to call it a night.  So it was with sad hearts that we packed it up and headed out, ears still ringing from such sweet, sweet melodies.  Thanks again guys!  For the evening, and for the music!
